Saturday Odds Double

Bayern München vs Union Berlin

For the first match, we head to Germany, specifically Bavaria, where high-scoring Bayern Munich hosts Union Berlin. Vincent Kompany's team has had a fantastic start to the season with a 6-2-0 record at Bayern Munich, scoring a total of 29 goals on their way to 20 points.

Today, however, their scoring form will be truly tested as Union Berlin visits the Allianz Arena. The visitors have the second-stingiest defense in the Bundesliga, conceding only five goals, and have climbed to fourth place after a disappointing season last year. Consequently, the odds for Bayern to score at least three goals are set higher than usual, and I believe there's good value in betting on Bayern over 2.5 goals.

Osasuna vs Real Valladolid

The second pick is Osasuna’s home game against Real Valladolid, which kicks off just 45 minutes later, in Spain’s La Liga. The Basque team has reached the top half of the table after opening the season with a 4-1-0 record in their first five home games, though their last home game ended in a 1-2 loss to Real Betis.

Real Valladolid was promoted to La Liga this season and has played like a newly promoted team for much of the fall. With only one win and just eight points so far, they are clear underdogs in this afternoon's clash at El Sadar. Nevertheless, there is good odds value on a home win, and together with Bayern over 2.5 goals, we get very favorable odds on Saturday's betting slip!
